Buenos Aires, Jan. 17 (NA) -- Christian Petersen has returned to work and shared some images on social media following the serious health episode he suffered at Lanín in early December. According to the Argentine News Agency, the renowned chef has 'put on his apron again' after going through one of the most delicate moments of his life. On December 12, during an excursion to the Lanín volcano, the chef suffered a health decompensation that led to a 25-day hospitalization. He was initially treated in Junín de los Andes, then at the Carrillo Hospital in San Martín de los Andes, where he was diagnosed with multi-organ failure, and was finally transferred to the Alemán Hospital in Buenos Aires. In one photo, Petersen is wearing a white shirt with rolled-up sleeves, while Martins smiles, dressed in a white tank top. The post was accompanied by the song 'Ser Feliz' by the female vocal group Las Cullen, a musical choice common in the chef's stories. The chef posted a photo with Sole Martins, manager of Petersen Cocineros, the company he runs with his brother Roberto, whom he affectionately defined as 'a producer, manager, friend of a thousand battles, and partner.' In the image, both are focused, looking at something out of frame. The message was brief but powerful: 'Slowly... Returning to work.' In a second image, Petersen showed a plate of whole-wheat pancakes with quince paste, with the phrase 'club pastry shop,' referring to the Racket Club. His return to his daily routine has a special meaning after the accident that marked a before and after in his life. There, between December 26 and January 6, doctors managed to successfully resolve an atrial fibrillation, the main condition he presented.
